As you know, my husband and I have been trying with no success to have our dining room table repaired and refinished since January 2007. You called me promptly, booked an appointment quickly, and followed up with a confirmation phone call. Our conversations were professional and friendly. You assured me immediately and I felt very confident that you would be able to end all our stress. Our dining room table is gorgeous and even better than it was originally. What had been a problem for 18 months was solved in a few short weeks. Both Michael and I would like to thank you both for fabulous service and workmanship beyond compare!"

  I am writing to you to advise you that the service provided by Ralph Pagliaro and his son Mark was exceptional and warranted an email to yourself.
  Before coming to my house, they gave me a call to advise me of their appointment.  I was glad they called ahead, so it gave me enough time to arrange my schedule.
Immediately, Ralph and Mark was able to identify the problem area on my couch, explained what they had to do.  They did a thorough job, were diligent and were friendly yet professional.  I have to say that they did a great job and I would recommend them to anyone.  In fact, they were very knowledgeable and had the stains out in no time.

" We cannot begin to express our gratitude for the work you recently completed to our dining room set. As you know, we first received the damaged set back in May 2008 and have suffered through countless phone calls to the Store along with two additional deliveries over the past six months. Frankly, when we were told they would be sending their best technician we were quite pessimistic that such a repair could be made. However, your craftsmanship amazed us and our set is now looking brand new. It took you one week to do what others failed to do over the course of the past six months. Thank you so much.

The gentleman you sent Ralph Pagliaro was an extraordinary technician who deserves the utmost praising. He was very attentive, enthusiastic about his work, kind and on the long run did a wonderful job with my sofa. The services he provided me made me want to purchase again in the future, even though i had previously decided never to do so.
